Plastic packaging from Indonesia can behave differently. The plastic can become harder and more brittle. We take great care in packing our products. But sometimes can not prevent packaging from breaking when handled roughly in transport.

We reuse boxes and packing material. Use green hosting. Recycle any waste. And prefer Carbon neutral delivery.
We recycle as much as we can. Sometimes we also use old newspapers as filling. And buy or use secondhand boxes. We also separate and recycle any waste whenever possible.

If your order hasn’t been sent you can cancel it. However there will be 0.50 cent administration fee if you paid your order via iDeal or Sofort and we can not refund other types of payment fee (ie: paypal, Klarna, credit card etc).
