Saya goreng dada ayam potongan dadu dengan tepung ini. Tepungnya crispy dan mau “bersisik” seperti kentucky. Metode nepungin pakai tepung kering-basah-kering. Cuma agak kurang asin, jadi bisa ditambah garam.
